Cenote swimwear understands that not every purchase is exactly right and will gladly accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused bikini or product that was sold at regular price for an exchange for a different size or style.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Cenote Swimwear via firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorization number. The merchandise must be in its original packaging; a completed exchange form, sanitary stickers and original hangtags must be still attached. Cenote Swimwear under no circumstances offers store credit. Unfortunately, Cenote Swimwear does not routinely offer refunds, our policy is an Exchange Only Policy excluding exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be given under discretion of the Cenote Swimwear Sales Team.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges*. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
* If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note if the customer receives and then wears their incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary stickers and swing tags attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
Where possible we will repair faulty items. We will offer a full refund if when examined the goods cannot be repaired or are the result of manufacturing faults.

- Customers willing to exchange can exchange for the same style in a different size or another style for the same price.
- Customers willing to exchange for a sold out item must then select an available item for the same price in its place.

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER
Contact us on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for an Authorisation Number. Please be sure to include your order number, and reason for exchange in this email.
STEP 2 – COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM
Once you have been approved for your Authorisation Number you will be sent an Exchange form. You must print and complete this form and enclose it with your exchange. Cenote Swimwear will cover the cost of postage to return the chosen exchanged bikini to you on the first occasion. If the customer wishes to exchange the item for a second time the customer must pay the return postage. Please note the cost incurred to return the item will not be refunded.
STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP
The merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receiving an Authorisation Number. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Exchanged Form. The Authorization must be clearly written on the outside of the package. If an Exchange Number is not written on the outside of the package it will be returned to sender.
Please be sure to pack the merchandise securely with labels intact. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused with sanitary stickers and hang tags attached and undamaged.
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements and Cenote Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
NOTE – We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
STEP 4 – TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE AND CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your merchandise at Cenote Swimwear offices, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition with sanitary stickers and swing tags still attached. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange
